COMMUNICATION

The Communications department aims to promote Confindustria Lombardia’s lobbying activities with regional and European institutions, and to highlight the central role of industry within the regional and national economic and social systems. Where necessary, Confindustria Lombardia’s communications also act as a link between the various Lombard territories to consolidate efforts and increase the effectiveness of internal and external communications across the Confindustria system.

Confindustria Lombardia's Social Media Policy

CHARTER OF PRINCIPLES
‍
‍The official
LinkedIn page, Twitter profile, Instagram account, website, and YouTube channel are the only official social media channels for Confindustria Lombardia.

Through our official accounts, we transparently provide information of general interest regarding the main activities and news concerning the Federation.

These accounts are institutional in nature and are not intended to provide direct assistance to users or members. Interactions on these accounts are for informational purposes only.

‍CONTENT AND GUIDELINES

‍The information shared on our official social channels is general, non-exhaustive, and refers to both national and regional projects and initiatives.

On social networks, all users are free to express their opinions while respecting others; everyone is responsible for what they post. We ask everyone to express their ideas with fairness and moderation and to respect the opinions of others. Insults, vulgarity, offenses, and threats will be collected and reported directly to the relevant departments, which will evaluate whether and how to intervene. Users who post spam, advertising, or offensive messages will first be reported to LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, and will be blocked if the behavior persists.

Published content must respect privacy. References to facts or details without public relevance, as well as violent, offensive, or discriminatory attitudes regarding gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, personal beliefs, ethnic origin, or disability, must be avoided. Furthermore, to protect user privacy, the publication of personal data (email, phone number, tax ID, etc.) should be avoided. Those who wish to refute any content we have published are requested to support their statements with links to reliable sources of information.

Following a LinkedIn page or Twitter account, or adding it to interest lists, does not imply endorsement of its views; the same applies to retweets, likes, and messages posted by users on the account. In these cases, Confindustria Lombardia merely verifies the reliability of the source but does not certify the content.

‍MODERATION

‍For obvious privacy protection reasons, personal cases cannot be addressed; however, general information of common interest will be provided and reiterated.

CONTACTS

‍For any information, questions, or reports that do not fall under this policy or have not received a response, we invite you to contact us through our other institutional channels, which can be found on our website.
