The purpose of the survey is to monitor the evolution of certain aspects of the labour

market, from absence rates to turnover rates, and from remote working (smart

working) arrangements to the prevalence and content of collective bargaining.

This year, new indicators have been developed, the need for which emerged during our daily

advisory work with member companies:

• the weekly distribution of smart working;
• the incidence of absences due to leave granted under Law 104.
