Digitalisation vouchers for SMEs

The Ministry of Economic Development’s digitalisation voucher for SMEs is a support measure providing a grant, via a "voucher", of up to €10,000, aimed at adopting measures for the digitalisation of business processes and technological modernisation.

What it funds:

The voucher may be used for the purchase of software, hardware and/or specialist services that enable:

  • improving business efficiency
  • modernising work organisation through the use of technological tools and flexible working arrangements, including teleworking
  • developing e-commerce solutions
  • accessing broadband and ultra-broadband connectivity or internet access via satellite technology
  • implementing qualified ICT training for staff

Purchases must be made after the voucher has been reserved.

The support:

Each company may benefit from a single voucher of up to €10,000, covering a maximum of 50% of total eligible expenses.

How it works:

Applications may be submitted by companies exclusively via the online portal from 10:00 on 30 January 2018 until 17:00 on 9 February 2018. It will be possible to access the online portal and complete the application from 15 January 2018. Access requires a National Services Card and an active certified email address (PEC) registered in the Business Register.
