
The European Commission has published the results for the 25 November 2015 cut-off date for Phase 1 of the Horizon 2020 SME Instrument programme.
Out of 2,057 proposals received, 185 were selected for funding, representing a success rate of 8.9%. Italy ranks second with 37 funded companies, just behind Spain with 39 beneficiaries.
SMEs in Lombardy have confirmed their strong performance, with 14 beneficiary companiesand an equal number of projects, accounting for approximately 43% of the Italian companies successful in this cut-off.
EASME has announced that the results for the November 2015 Phase II deadline will be communicated around the middle of February.
