2024 OTI Nord Report

The 2024 OTI Nord Report, produced by the Northern Italy Territorial Infrastructure Observatory—comprising nine regional Confindustria branches and three local associations—has monitored over 80 infrastructure projects this year, including rail and road works, mountain passes, ports, and airports.

Of these projects, 30 concern Lombardy: 35% of the total interventions monitored. The results of the annual monitoring carried out by OTI Nord show improved performance for Lombardy compared to last year: specifically, 70% of the monitored interventions have proceeded according to schedule or with minor delays, while 30% are behind schedule or completely stalled.
