The global challenge for a geographical area encompassing Piedmont, Aosta Valley, Liguria, Lombardy, Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige and Friuli-Venezia Giulia - and, in the broader context, the Alpine Macro-Region (EUSALP), a strategic area that includes 3 of the 4 motors of Europe - is to become a major economic and innovation hub capable of driving regional and national economies within the global landscape.
For this reason, the Regional Representations of the Confindustria System involved in EUSALP, and the Trade Associations of the priority sectors identified in the European Strategy for the Alpine Macro-Region, have defined this Manifesto with the aim of outlining future scenarios and lines of action for the development of competitiveness and industrial innovation within the European Strategy for the Alpine Macro-Region.
