The European Commission has recently launched several calls for proposals under Cluster 1 (Health) and Cluster 4 (Digital, Industry and Space) of Horizon Europe with deadlines in 2022.

Cluster 1 aims to develop innovative solutions and technologies and generate new knowledge in the field of health, fostering the creation of a more resilient, competitive and secure European space. The currently open calls focus on the following areas: "Health in a rapidly changing society"; "Health promoting environment; "Tackling diseases and reducing disease burden"; "Access to innovative, sustainable and high-quality health care"; "New tools, technologies and digital solutions"; "Health industry". Investments under Cluster 4 aim to support and promote the sustainability and competitiveness of industrial processes, as well as space and digital technologies. In particular, the open calls focus on the themes “Climate Neutral, Circular and Digitised Production” and “A Digitised, Resource-Efficient and Resilient Industry”.
