Please note that the ENEA Tech Foundation – established by the Relaunch Decree to promote investment and initiatives in R&D and technology transfer – has launched its first call for disruptive innovative projects.

The call is aimed at the Italian innovation ecosystem, specifically micro-enterprises, startups and innovative SMEs, spin-offs and spin-outs and SMEs.

The objective is to fund business ideas and radical innovation projects aimed at achieving technological and paradigm shifts in four defined technological areas. Specifically, the sectors covered by the call are as follows:

• Deep Tech
• Healthcare
• Green, Energy & Circular Economy
• Information Technology

The ENEA Tech Foundation will invest in the selected projects through various intervention instruments: equity, quasi-equity, convertibles, or even grants and procurement contracts with a convertible option. The call is open on a rolling basis.
