Promoting exports for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises through e-commerce platforms

The Export 4.0 Call for Proposals provides a total allocation of €5,500,000 for 2018 and 2019, aimed at MSMEs intending to develop and consolidate their position in foreign markets through access to e-commerce platforms and participation in international trade fairs, contributing via a non-repayable grant (50% of eligible expenses) to support two types of intervention:

Measure A) E-commerce for export: opening and/or consolidating a commercial channel for the export of products through access to specialised B2B and/or B2C online sales services provided by third parties, such as retailers, marketplaces, or private sales services, provided that the commercial transaction takes place between the company and the end buyer.

maximum grant amount: €6,000

Measure B) – Trade fairs for export: participation in a trade fair in a foreign country selected by the applicant company based on its export strategies.

minimum investment: €4,000
maximum grant amount: €2,000

The call for proposals provides two windows for submitting applications:


1) 23 April 2018 - 18 May 2018
