L'EISMEA ha pubblicato i risultati della cut-off di giugno 2023 dell'EIC Accelerator.

Sono 47 le aziende selezionate per ricevere i finanziamenti dello European Innovation Council (EIC), sotto forma di grant e/o equity. Questa cut-off è stata contraddistinta da una forte performance delle società di ingegneria e tecnologia, che rappresentano il 25% delle aziende selezionate, una performance vicina alla performance tradizionalmente forte delle aziende di tecnologie health che rappresentano il 30% del totale.

The companies were selected through a highly competitive process, in which 140 companies were interviewed by juries of experienced investors and entrepreneurs, out of a total of 648 full proposals submitted.

The 47 selected companies will receive a total of nearly €350 million in funding. The vast majority of the selected companies (68%) will receive a blended finance option, consisting of a combination of grants and equity investments. The equity investments will be made through the EIC Fund.
