EASME: call for experts published to implement COSME actions

The EASME Executive Agency has published a call for expressions of interest for the recruitment of independent experts to participate in the activities and implementation of actions for the Programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (COSME). To carry out these activities, EASME is seeking independent experts in the following fields:

  • Competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises;
  • Increasing innovation capacity within SMEs;
  • Internationalisation of SMEs;
  • Advice on access to European funding;
  • Support for technology and innovation transfer;
  • Entrepreneurship training;
  • Improving the business environment;
  • Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

In particular, the recruited experts will be required to carry out the following activities:

  • Evaluation of proposals for European calls for tenders implementing the COSME programmes;
  • Evaluation of completed or ongoing projects and activities under the COSME programme;
  • Monitoring the implementation of actions carried out by COSME.

Experts are invited to submit their applications via the "Participant Portal" after selecting the COSME programme. Please read the full text of the call for expressions of interest before submitting your application.

Expert registration is valid for the entire multi-annual duration of the COSME programme. Experts may validate their application at any date, provided it is at least 3 months before the list expires.
