Digital Health and IP

By 2040, healthcare as we know it will no longer exist. Digital transformation – enabled by shared data, artificial intelligence (AI), and open, secure platforms – will drive much of this change [Deloitte – The Future of Health].

In 2022, thanks in part to PNRR funding, significant opportunities for digital transformation in healthcare are emerging. These projects can help redesign a fairer, more sustainable, and personalised healthcare system. However, all stakeholders must be prepared to seize the opportunities currently arising.

In digital health, the goal is to find a balance between personal data protection and the safeguarding of scientific and industrial innovation. For this reason, the Lombardy Life Sciences Cluster, in collaboration with Studio Torta and Assolombarda, is organising a series of meetings on the protection of innovation:
