Confindustria Lombardia, as part of the EEN network activities, is promoting this consultation to gather business feedback on the mutual recognition regulation (Regulation (EC) No 764/2008).

Through this open consultation, the Commission intends to gather the views of all interested parties regarding the principle of mutual recognition and its potential shortcomings, the functioning of the mutual recognition regulation, and possible options to be considered for its revision.
