
The Human Capital and Labour area works in synergy on cross-cutting issues concerning Training, the Labour Market and Safety, monitoring the activities of the Lombardy Region and collaborating with all stakeholders (regional, provincial and national) operating in these areas.
Confindustria Lombardia appoints two full members and two substitutes to the Regional Commission for Labour and Training Policies (CRPLF), the body through which the social partnership is directly involved by the Lombardy Region in defining the implementation methods for integrated labour, education and training policies, employment growth, and support for business creation.
Confindustria Lombardia is also a member of the Steering Committee provided for by the Regional Plan for Health and Safety in the Workplace and the Regional Coordination Committee pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 81/08.
Confindustria Lombardia draws on the activities of three coordinating bodies - the Technical Committee for Training, the Technical Committee for the Labour Market and the Technical Committee for Safety - which work closely together to provide technical and specialist support.
