Training breaks: success stories from Lu-Ve Group, Carl Zeiss Vision Italia and IMP SpA

The 2016 Metalworkers' National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) allows for the implementation of 'training breaks', which consist of short safety refresher sessions (maximum 15-20 minutes) scheduled during working hours according to technical and organisational requirements. During these breaks, under the supervision of the instructor/RSPP, supported by the supervisor and the Workers' Safety Representative (RLS), employees review the safety operating procedures for their specific area.
