The “Accelerate in Israel” call for applications is now open. This support programme for Italian start-ups is funded under the Agreement on Scientific, Technological and Industrial Cooperation between Italy and Israel.

Now in its fourth year, the programme continues to benefit from the collaboration of the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), the Israel-Italy Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center. It provides a grant of 14,000 euros for each selected start-up and an eight-week acceleration period at an Israeli accelerator.

The twelve selected start-ups must operate within the following sectors: agri-food technologies; environmental technologies, green energy and water resources; medical technologies and space technologies.

Please note two significant mandatory requirements; to submit an application, start-ups must:

l) have already received an initial round of funding/seed capital, with a minimum requirement of 100,000 Euros;

m) have a product/service that is already commercialised or ready for market.

The deadline for the call is 30 June 2023 at 23:59, Tel Aviv time.

Applications for the selection process must be submitted exclusively via certified email (PEC) to amb.telaviv.archivio@cert.esteri.it using the designated application form and Information Document – Start-up Information Sheet.
