Please be advised that the “Outgoing – Support pathways for strategic markets” call for applications from Regione Lombardia and Unioncamere Lombardia is now open. The purpose of this call is to support Lombard micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in initiating or consolidating their internationalisation processes through a programme focused on five strategic markets for Lombard businesses: Canada, China, India, the United Kingdom and Russia.

The 2020 edition will take place in a virtual format, featuring virtual missions with online B2B meetings, scheduled to take place between October and December.

The meeting schedule begins with India and Russia (in the second half of October), followed by the United Kingdom (first half of November), Canada (second half of November), and finally China (first half of December).

Approximately 30 companies will be selected to benefit free of charge from training, guidance, scouting, and the aforementioned partner search services, including virtual missions and follow-up support in the months following the virtual missions.

The main industry sectors involved in the project are: furniture and design, chemicals, cosmetics, construction, pharmaceuticals and medical, mechanical engineering and metallurgy, food products and fashion.
