Following the publication of the Directorate Decree of 31 July 2024 in the Official Gazette, the process for reopening the calls for applications for the Brevetti+, Disegni+ and Marchi+ measures for the 2024 financial year has commenced.
The objective is to ensure continued support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the valorisation of their industrial property rights.
The total financial resources amount to 32 million euros and will be allocated as follows:

• 20 million euros allocated to the Brevetti+ measure;
• 10 million euros allocated to the Disegni+ measure;
• 2 million euros allocated to the Marchi+ measure.

The deadlines for submitting applications for funding will be set out in the calls for applications, which will be published within the next 30 days.
Starting from the 2024 edition, the administrative management of these calls will be transferred from the Directorate General for Industrial Property - Italian Patent and Trademark Office (DGPI-UIBM) to the Directorate General for Business Incentives (DGIA), operating under the Department for Business Policies.
