Confindustria Lombardia, CNA Lombardia, FAST, Finlombarda and Promos Italia - partners of the EEN Italia SIMPLER consortium - have launched an initiative to reward innovative digital solutions developed or used by Lombardy-based companies, aimed at improving the health, safety and well-being of workers.

The initiative is open to SMEs and start-ups with operational headquarters in Lombardy that have developed or implemented digital solutions aimed at improving the quality of working life.
Participating companies may compete in one of the following categories:

1. best innovative digital solution for the development of skills, prevention and monitoring of occupational health and safety;
2. best technological innovation for the optimisation of the production process;
3. best innovation in organisational models and work management;
4. best solution for the prevention and management of work-related stress;
5. most significant on the overall health, safety and well-being of workers.

The winning companies in each category will receive specialist consultancy in strategic areas such as sustainability, corporate communication and intellectual property enhancement. Specifically, the prizes will consist of services for:

1. support in drafting a sustainability report;
2. assistance in the qualification process as a benefit corporation;
3. definition of a corporate sustainability communication strategy;
4. protection and enhancement of intellectual property assets.

Le candidature saranno aperte dal 31 luglio al 30 settembre 2024, con la comunicazione dei vincitori prevista entro il 14 ottobre. La premiazione si terrà il 23 ottobre 2024.
Le imprese selezionate avranno anche l’opportunità di realizzare un video per presentare le proprie attività e raccontare la loro storia di successo.
