Regione Lombardia has approved the executive decree implementing the Framework Agreement signed with Confindustria Lombardia and the Social Partners on 23 March 2020 for access to exceptional social safety nets. The decree sets out the procedural rules and provides the standard trade union agreement template required for companies with more than 5 employees.

According to INPS data, approximately 400,000 workers in Lombardy will be eligible for this support.
