
The European Commission has published the list of beneficiaries for the SME Instrument Phase II programme for the 5 June 2019 deadline. Out of 2,025 proposals received, 96 were selected for funding, representing a success rate of 4.74%. The total amount of grant funding to be distributed among the beneficiary SMEs is €176.97 million.
For this deadline, Italy recorded only 3 companies and as many projects funded, of which 2 are Lombardy-based projects.
France, with 11 selected companies, is the leading country in terms of the number of beneficiaries, followed by Germany and Spain (both with 10).
The winning companies from Lombardy are Cos.B.I. Costruzione Bobine Italia S.r.l. and Upsurgeon, both based in Milan.
The next deadline for submitting projects under this programme is 9 October.
