
The European Commission has published the results for the 13 October deadline of the Horizon 2020 SME Instrument Phase 2.
Out of 1,378 proposals received, 51 have been selected for funding, involving a total of 58 SMEs and a combined financial contribution of approximately €80 million.
Italy ranks second in terms of the number of beneficiaries with 7 SMEs funded, behind Spain (13) and followed by Germany (5). The beneficiary companies from Lombardy are:
- ZEHUS (Milan), with the BITRIDE BIKE SHARING project
- Dolphin Fluidics (Corsico - MI), with the SMAV: Best for the Environment Soda Fountain Smart Valves project
The next deadline for submitting project proposals for Phase II of the SME Instrument programme is 18 January.
