
The European Commission has published the list of beneficiaries for the SME Instrument Phase I programme for the 09/11/2016 deadline. Out of 2,091 proposals received, 176 were selected for funding, involving a total of 184 beneficiary SMEs.
In this round, Italy ranks second with 24 funded companies, following Spain with 52 beneficiary SMEs and ahead of Great Britain with 13 beneficiary companies.
SMEs in Lombardy have confirmed a strong performance, with 10 beneficiary companies and an equal number of projects, accounting for approximately 42% of the Italian companies successful in this cut-off.
