On 9 December 2025, the Lombardy Region published guidelines for the implementation of EU Implementing Decision 2022/2508 on best available techniques for the textile industry, aiming to provide initial clarifications to support IED permit review procedures and ensure a consistent approach across the region.
This webinar, organised by Confindustria Lombardia as part of the Enterprise Europe Network activities and in collaboration with Regione Lombardia, ARPA and Confindustria Moda, aims to examine these regional guidelines, which are intended for competent authorities and are highly useful for operators. It will also present technical documentation prepared by ARPA and the Lombardy Region, such as the sector's 'standard' monitoring plan, designed to standardise the Agency's inspection activities, and the 'Input and Output Inventory' model to facilitate the application of BAT 2.
