Bridge Up – Corporate Finance Accelerator is the project promoted by the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Lombardia, with the participation of Pirola Corporate Finance as advisor, created to support family businesses through their generational transition and development.

Generational transition is not merely a change in leadership, but a strategic choice regarding the future of the business. Business continuity requires the new generation not only to inherit a legacy, but to acquire the tools, skills, and clear vision necessary to face the challenges of this new phase of development.

In this context, Bridge Up offers a programme designed to strengthen the new generation's preparation on key issues related to business management and growth, with a particular focus on:

• financial and managerial culture;
• building and strengthening the business plan;
• financial tools and opportunities to support growth;
• the ability to engage with the financial system and make informed decisions.

The objective is to support businesses during this transition, strengthening the new generation's ability to lead change, sustain development projects, and transform the generational transition into an opportunity for evolution.

Bridge Up was therefore created with the ambition of going beyond simple succession management, creating the conditions for generational change to become a genuine moment of growth, consolidation, and business relaunch.

The day's programme includes a discussion between businesses, institutions, professionals, and representatives of the financial system, with the aim of providing a concrete overview of the tools and opportunities available to companies during their growth and generational transition journeys.

Following the opening remarks by Giuseppe Pasini, President of Confindustria Lombardia, and Stefano Rossi, President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Lombardia, there will be institutional addresses by Marco Alparone, Vice President and Regional Minister for Budget and Finance of Lombardy Region, and Guido Guidesi, Regional Minister for Economic Development of Lombardy Region.

The morning will continue with a contribution from Ivan Losio, Partner and Italian Financial Accounting Advisory Services Leader at EY, and technical presentations by Alessandro Rivolta, Partner at Pirola Corporate Finance, and Alessandro Bielli, Director of the Credit and Finance Department at Assolombarda.

The financial partners involved in the project will also be introduced, before the closing remarks by Carlo Briccola, VP for Finance at the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Lombardia, and Maria Anghileri, President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria.

A light lunch will follow at the end of the event, at approximately 13:00.
