The Confindustria Lombardia Research Centre analyses and monitors the Lombard economy and production system, producing data and in-depth reports on the key issues affecting businesses and the region.

Our work includes the analysis of economic and cyclical trends, sectoral and regional dynamics, and key indicators relating to the production system.

Through research, analysis and monitoring tools, the Research Centre provides insights and scenario planning to support the advocacy activities and positions of Confindustria Lombardia.

"The Numbers for Human Resources" Report, Lombardy - 2024 edition

The annual labour survey conducted by the Confindustria System among member companies on various human resources management topics is primarily designed as a tool for those responsible for human capital within an organisation. In Lombardy, 840 companies associated with the 9 Confindustria Lombardia territorial branches participated in the survey, representing a total of 155,000 employees.
