Confindustria Lombardia, in close coordination with the research departments of its regional associations, has produced the 8th edition of the regional labour survey - 2015 Report.

The sample consists of 1,430 Lombard companies, employing a total of 213,467 staff. The number of companies participating in the survey is higher than in previous years, confirming the growing importance of this study and the significance of its findings.

The survey covers three main areas of analysis:

1) Employment structure and flows

2) Working hours and absenteeism

3) Actual remuneration
