Acies Srl is a micro-enterprise based in Leno (BS) that specialises in high-performance analogue and digital electronics for the avionics, nuclear, and industrial sectors.

With the support of Confindustria Lombardia, a partner of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), the company utilised the international partner search service, as it was keen to expand its business into foreign markets, particularly within Europe.

Through the EEN network, the company connected with a German firm specialising in water treatment for the construction and process industries. The firm was looking to develop a compact, portable device that plumbers and site service personnel could use to measure electrical conductivity, temperature, and water flow. To this end, the German company was seeking a partner with expertise in both electronic and software development capable of delivering this complex project. Following several successful meetings with the German firm, Acies Srl has signed a major technological development agreement.
