The EU Liaison Office at the Confindustria Delegation in Brussels, in collaboration with Confindustria Varese, Confindustria Alto Milanese, Associazione Industriali Cremona, Confindustria Mantova, and ANCE Lombardia, is organising a webinar to examine the key aspects of the implementation of the NIS2 Directive and its implications for the manufacturing sector.

In the first part, Davide Nardacci, Deputy Head of the NIS and EU Regulations Division at the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN), will provide an update on the status of the directive's implementation in Italy, outlining the regulatory framework and the main requirements for businesses in the coming months. This session will clarify the obligations for affected organisations, the application timelines, and the role of the competent authorities in the implementation process.

The second part will focus on the operational aspects of NIS2 compliance at the corporate level. Pierluigi Petrali and Gianluca Zappa, General Manager and Innovation Manager of the Digital Innovation Hub Lombardia respectively, will illustrate the practical impact of the directive on businesses and present tools and support initiatives to assist companies on their compliance journey.
