Description

European Directive 2023/970, which must be transposed by Member States by 7 June 2026, introduces a series of administrative and reporting obligations for employers, aimed at strengthening the application of the principle of equal pay for men and women for equal work or work of equal value.

Ahead of the Directive's transposition into national law, the Labour and Social Security department of Confindustria Bergamo is hosting a webinar on 14 May at 16:00.

During the session, preliminary operational guidance will be provided, and a model procedure for establishing an anti-discriminatory remuneration policy will be presented.

The webinar will feature speakers Stefano Malandrini and Sara Casali from the Labour and Social Security department of Confindustria Bergamo.
