This meeting is intended for entrepreneurs, administrative and financial managers of member companies, and their staff.
International contracts often require consideration of additional variables compared to domestic contracts, as the legal systems involved differ. Consequently, the drafting of the contract plays a fundamental role.
Which regulations apply? Does the law of the country where the client is based always prevail, or is it possible to derogate? What precautions should be taken during the contract drafting phase?
Furthermore, bank guarantees in favour of a beneficiary have become extremely important in international regulations to ensure payment for a supply or service, as is the case with a standby letter of credit.
However, there is the issue of releasing guarantees from the banking system when they have been issued by an Italian company to a foreign client to guarantee the proper performance of a contract.
