Description of content and objectives

The series of meetings aimed at initiating discussion and providing member companies in Bergamo with technical guidance on specific topics of interest continues with the second seminar on individual variable remuneration schemes.

The sessions will be led by the Labour and Social Security Department of Confindustria Bergamo and will provide operational guidance on how to structure additional remuneration for employees in the most effective manner, in compliance with legal requirements and national collective labour agreements.
