Description of content and objectives

On Monday 4 April 2022, from 14:00 to 15:00, the President of Confindustria Lombardia, Francesco Buzzella, will take part in a panel entitled "The future of work: digital skills, diversity & inclusion" as part of the event Time for dignity and peace. Joining the President on the panel will be:

• Tiziana Nisini, Undersecretary for Labour and Social Policies
• Fabrizio Sala, Regional Minister for Education, University, Research, Innovation and Simplification of the Lombardy Region
• Alessia Cappello, Regional Minister for Economic Development and Labour Policies, Municipality of Milan
• Barbara Cominelli, CEO JLL Italy
• Mauro Solimene, Country Leader Salesforce Italy
• Barbara Marini, CEO Intercept Pharmaceuticals Italy

Moderator: Federico Luperi, Director of Innovation at Adnkronos

Guests involved in the various sessions include ministers Brunetta and Gelmini, Deputy Ministers for Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility Bellanova and Morelli, Undersecretary of Justice Sisto, Interior Molteni and Labour Nisini, President Luciano Violante, Lombardy Region ministers Guidesi (Economic Development), Sala (Education and Innovation), Terzi (Transport) and Rizzi (International Relations), and Municipality of Milan councillors Grandi (Environment) and Cappello (Productive Activities), as well as companies such as Snam, A2A, FNM, Salesforce, Lime.

The DN – A True Event series, now in its 15th edition, is organised by the Associazione Amici delle Stelline.

The format is hybrid, with both an in-person audience and a live stream of the event, broadcast in full on the homepages of Adnkronos and True News.

With the aim of creating an open forum for discussion with institutions, businesses and key stakeholders in sectors such as energy, mobility, justice, labour and multi-utilities, DN - Direzione Nord has for some years been a unique opportunity to explore and foster high-quality debate on numerous topics, encouraging reflection on the future that awaits us and how to face it.
