Hannover Messe is the benchmark event for the industry – recognised as one of the most important trade fairs in the world in terms of the number of topics covered, volume of trade and quality of technological innovation. This year, due to the COVID-19 emergency, the fair was cancelled; however, the opportunity to participate in free virtual B2B meetings remains open.

From 20 to 23 April 2020 and subsequently from 13 to 16 July 2020, it is possible to participate in bilateral meetings organised online and aimed at creating opportunities for commercial and technological cooperation.

Confindustria Lombardia, as part of the activities of the Enterprise Europe Network - SIMPLER consortium, will provide support to companies for registration and the management of B2B meetings.

Registration procedure

• Register for free by 6 July by entering your profile in English and at least one entry in the Marketplace items section on the event website by clicking here
• Completed profiles will be included in the online participant catalogue
• Until 7 July, it will be possible to select meetings of interest: you will need to select who you are interested in meeting based on the online catalogue. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to validate or decline invitations from other participants
• By cross-referencing these requests, a personal meeting schedule will be generated, which each participant will receive before the event

Instructions for pre-scheduled B2B meetings

For those who have already scheduled B2B meetings for the period 13-16 July 2020, it is possible to confirm the meeting, keeping the same date and time, or to move it to the 20-23 April 2020 slot. If you are no longer interested, please cancel the meeting.

Confindustria Lombardia is the Support Office to select during registration to receive free assistance for a successful participation in the B2B event.
