Talentis is the Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs project, consisting of a series of events, meetings, and competitions dedicated to business ideas, startups, and Italian scaleups. The project aims to strengthen the innovation ecosystem in Italy by providing visibility to new business ideas, startups, and scaleups, and by connecting businesses, innovators, and investors.
Fondazione AEM Auditorium - A2A Group
Piazza Po, 3 - Milan
Startups and scaleups based in Italy, with no age or sector restrictions.
Business ideas not yet incorporated as companies.
“Talentis – GI Startup Program 2025” includes a 6-stage pre-selection process across the country, which will lead
the best startups to the 2 final stages of the competition, held in Rapallo and Capri respectively, during the two National Conventions of Young Entrepreneurs.
The best startups that have correctly submitted their applications will be selected by a committee of experts to participate in the pre-selection stages and will have the opportunity to present their business idea to a jury composed of entrepreneurs,
investors, and academics.
The winning startups from each pre-selection stage, along with the best runners-up, will then be invited to participate in one of the two finals, held in Rapallo (13 June 2025) and Capri (10 October 2025) respectively, where they will compete before a Jury of Honour for the final prize.
