Description of content and objectives

Waste legislation is constantly evolving, as are the producer's responsibilities regarding classification, the assignment of hazard characteristics, the selection of transport and treatment service providers, and the documentation required to demonstrate the proper management of industrial waste. In particular, documentation requirements (waste identification forms, loading and unloading registers, SISTRI, and MUD) are subject to continuous changes, both in terms of the parties involved and the practical methods for fulfilling these obligations. For this reason, it is essential to maintain constant professional development on these topics, not least to mitigate the risks associated with waste management.

This seminar aims to provide this essential training by taking an operational approach to both the fundamental concepts and the most significant issues introduced by recently enacted regulations, while also highlighting the considerable opportunities for simplifying documentation management through digital preservation.
