Description of content and objectives

Inail offers a discount known as a "prevention-based adjustment" to companies that implement measures to improve health and safety conditions in the workplace beyond those required by law. This adjustment reduces the premium rate applicable to the company, resulting in savings on the premium payable to Inail.

The reduction, granted following verification of the employer's compliance with contribution requirements, applies to the year in which the application was submitted and is implemented by the company when settling the insurance premium due for that same year.

The prevention-based adjustment provides greater benefits to smaller companies, serving as a support measure for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The seminar, organised in collaboration with the Inail Cremona office, will focus on prevention incentives and the new OT23 form, with in-depth analysis from both administrative and technical perspectives.
