Description of content and objectives

The event, which President Maroni has already confirmed he will attend and which will include representatives from the European Commission, is part of the initiatives launched under the #Lombardia2030 Strategic Plan regarding the central role of Europe and its policies in driving the growth of our businesses and regions.

In particular, the workshop will provide an opportunity for an in-depth discussion on Macro-regional Strategies, with a focus on the Alpine Macro-region (EUSALP) as a means to initiate projects dedicated to developing the competitiveness of regions and supply chains, a subject on which we have been working closely with the Lombardy Region for some time.

We will also have the opportunity to present the key results achieved during our first two years of activity within the SIMPLER consortium - Enterprise Europe Network, the European network that supports businesses in accessing European funding programmes and internationalisation.
