Description of content and objectives
Small businesses are facing the challenges of a "phygital" environment, where major players have demonstrated how it is possible to overcome geographical and cultural boundaries through the tools offered by digitalisation.
To be prepared to address the business opportunities ahead in a structured and informed manner, we will examine scenarios and practical tools regarding highly topical issues:
- the importance and challenges of omnichannel strategies for corporate competitiveness;
- dynamic process management along the Value Chain;
- placing the customer and data at the heart of an offline-to-online strategy;
- the advantages and critical issues of adopting bespoke Marketing Technologies for the enterprise.
The meeting, structured in two parts (the second part is here), aims to contribute to the consolidation and growth of SME competitiveness in their target markets by addressing the potential offered by Digital and Innovative Marketing for small businesses.
