Description

The first session of the "Tea Time with the Lawyer - Local Experiences" series will provide an opportunity to examine the consequences of absenteeism resulting from the misuse of sick leave and leave granted under Law 104.

Speakers include:

• Antonella Lo Sinno - Equity Partner - Daverio & Florio
• Alessandra Calzari - Labour and Social Security Department
• Livio Lannutti - Industrial Relations Department

During the meeting, companies will have the opportunity to pool their experiences, engage in mutual discussion and focus on specific issues.

The meeting will be held on 20 April from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Assolombarda Pavia office - Sala Volta.
