Description of content and objectives

The "Children of the Boss" programme, offered by Assolombarda, aims to foster learning through the collaboration of experts, the use of real-life case studies, and insights from managers and entrepreneurs on fundamental aspects of "doing business". It is an exceptional opportunity to gain an insight into the "entrepreneur's craft" and network with other young people facing the same professional and personal challenges.

The next meeting, "Organisation and management: the challenges of family businesses", will take place in person on 28 March at 17:00 at Assolombarda (Via Pantano 9, Milan).

Every challenge holds an opportunity. In today's climate of uncertainty and change, family businesses are facing significant challenges across various areas.

During the meeting, we will explore strategic issues that are crucial to managing a family business:

• Creating shared value between the business and the family
• Adopting new governance models for intergenerational coexistence
• Valuing people and human relationships
• Facilitating generational transition and redesigning roles and skills
