Description and objectives

Confindustria Lombardia, Innovhub SSI and FAST, with the support of Assobiotec, are organising an information event on the bioeconomy and European funding. The term "bioeconomy" refers to an economy based on biological resources from the land and sea, as well as waste, which serve as fuel for industrial and energy production, as well as food and feed. The bioeconomy also includes the use of production processes based on bio-products for a sustainable industrial sector.

The event is part of the initiatives developed within the Enterprise Europe Network project, a project funded by the European Commission to help local SMEs innovate and grow internationally.
