Description of content and objectives

Meet in Italy for Life Sciences is the leading national matchmaking and professional development event in the Life Sciences sector, organised by the ALISEI National Technological Cluster for Life Sciences. The 2019 edition will take place from 16 to 18 October in Trieste at Molo IV. In line with previous editions, the event follows a well-established format – three days of proceedings – which has consistently attracted a growing number of attendees and industry professionals.

• International Conference opening, featuring internationally renowned speakers to discuss the event's key themes: from genomics to epigenomics, and from personalised medicine to research and technology transfer.
• Brokerage Event, organised in collaboration with the EEN network and dedicated to companies, start-ups, researchers, investors, and stakeholders in the sector's supply chain.
• Programme aimed at promoting partnerships and open innovation activities between start-ups, life sciences companies, and investors.
• Thematic workshops which, as in previous years, will feature many of the event's participants as key contributors.

Registration details

• Register by 7 October at 15:00 by entering your profile in English and at least one entry in the Marketplace items section on the event website by clicking HERE
• Completed profiles will be included in the online participant catalogue
• From 23 September at 09:00 until 9 October at 14:00 it will be possible to select meetings of interest: you will need to select who you wish to meet based on the online catalogue. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to accept or decline invitations from other participants.
• By cross-referencing these requests, a personal meeting schedule will be generated, which each participant will receive before the event
