Description

Assolombarda invites you to the next "Lodi Café", a business breakfast for entrepreneurs to discuss the challenges posed by Gen Z to the education system and the world of work.

In particular, we will examine:

  • Student choices: the Assolombarda Education 2026 dashboard
  • Technical and Vocational Institutes, Italian excellence: a complex reputation
  • University students and work: what they expect
  • Assolombarda's tools for attracting and retaining young talent

Speakers will include Professor Michela Minero, Director of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences at the Lodi campus of the University of Milan, Dr Luciana Tonarelli, Councillor of the Province of Lodi, Professor Sara Scotti, Director of the Lodi branch of Fondazione Clerici, and Dr Dario Pettenon, Education System and Human Capital Area at Assolombarda.

The session is designed to be practical and concise, running from 9:00 to 10:00 (doors open at 8:45). It provides an efficient opportunity to gain insights and discuss a key topic for businesses, accompanied by breakfast with other local company representatives.
