Assolombarda invites you to the next “Lodi Café”, a business breakfast for local companies dedicated, for this session, to a preview of the 2026 Human Resources figures.

The discussion will cover remuneration policies, with particular attention to budgeted increases and attraction and retention levers, such as smart working, corporate welfare, and entry-level salaries. Organisational feedback indicators will also be presented, including absence and voluntary turnover rates, with a specific focus on generational renewal within companies.

The meeting will be led by Andrea Fioni, Senior Expert at the Assolombarda Research Centre.

The session is designed to be practical and concise, running from 9:00 to 10:00 (doors open at 8:45). It provides an efficient opportunity to gain insights and discuss a key topic for businesses, accompanied by breakfast with other local company representatives.
