Description of content and objectives

The objective of this meeting is to provide businesses with an updated overview of the current sanctions framework and guidance on how to operate in compliance with the regulations.

The following topics will be addressed:

• an overview of sanctions against Russia, Ukraine (Donbas region), and Belarus
• contractual protections in commercial relations with companies in countries affected by the crisis
• assessment of the sanctions framework, consequences, and guidance for businesses
• Q&A

The speakers for the meeting will be Alessandra Zanchetta, Legal & Special Project Manager at ZPC, and Zeno Poggi, President of ZPC.

Interested companies may submit questions to the speakers in advance by emailing russiaucraina@assolombarda.it and specifying "Domanda per il webinar" in the subject line. It will not be possible to answer questions regarding specific products or cases.
