Description of content and objectives

Confindustria Lombardia is organising 50 Goals for Lombardy, a regional roadshow designed to bring the needs of businesses and local areas closer to the political representatives of the Lombardy Region, which will visit every province in Lombardy. This travelling event, organised in collaboration with the Territorial Associations of Confindustria Lombardia, consists of a series of meetings open to member companies and the press. The stages will provide an opportunity for exchange and discussion between representatives of the Lombardy Confindustria system and regional councillors, using a format that includes a thematic focus for each stage on one of the competitiveness areas identified by Confindustria Lombardia in the "50 Goals for Lombardy" document.

The areas are: Human Capital, Digitalisation and Innovation, Infrastructure, Ecological Transition, and Welfare and Healthcare.

The first stage, entitled "Production supply chains facing the energy crisis", which will be attended by the Lombardy Region Councillor for Economic Development, Guido Guidesi, is organised by Confindustria Lombardia in collaboration with Confindustria Lecco and Sondrio and Confindustria Como, and is scheduled for Wednesday 14 September at 17:00 in Lecco.

Following introductory remarks by Plinio Agostoni, President of Confindustria Lecco and Sondrio, and Dario Voltattorni, Secretary General of Confindustria Lombardia, entrepreneurs Gianluca Brenna, President of Stamperia di Lipomo SpA, Giuseppe Ghelfi, Owner of Ghelfi Ondulati SpA, and Elena Maria Carla Torri, CEO of ICMA Srl SB, will join Councillor Guido Guidesi. The event will be moderated by Chiara Piotto, Sky TG24 journalist.

The second stage is scheduled for 15 December at the Confindustria Como headquarters.
