Description of content and objectives

Confindustria Como, in collaboration with AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), is organising the third and final webinar exploring tools and strategies for the protection and exploitation of intangible assets.

The webinar will focus on strategies and tools for the enforcement of intellectual property rights (the Business Court and the Design Jury), which are essential for safeguarding the results of investments in research, development, innovation, and creativity, as well as the company’s intangible assets.
