Description

This meeting is dedicated to the new European regulations on pay transparency and measures to strengthen the principle of equal pay between men and women, introduced by Directive (EU) 2023/970 and currently being transposed into Italian law.

The webinar provides an opportunity to examine the key changes introduced by the directive and assess their impact on corporate organisation. We will analyse the new obligations for businesses, from the scope of the regulations to the implications for recruitment and personnel management processes, as well as the pay transparency provisions that employers will be required to adopt.
