Description of content and objectives

The event, organised by Confindustria Lombardia as part of the Enterprise Europe Network, Sistema Moda Italia and Texclubtec, is open to companies and research centres in the textile sector. It aims to provide an overview of the regional measure “FASHIONTECH - Research & development projects for sustainable fashion", with the direct participation of Dr Paola Negroni from the Directorate General for Tourism, Territorial Marketing and Fashion of the Lombardy Region, which is intended to support innovative projects in the "Textile, fashion and accessories" sector, based on the principle of sustainability from an environmental, economic and social perspective.

During the morning, there will also be pitches from companies currently developing project ideas related to sustainability.

Following this, a NETWORKING LUNCH will be held for the companies and research centres in attendance, with the aim of fostering the development of projects and collaborations ahead of the call for proposals.

In the afternoon, the FASHIONTECH DESK will be available, where companies and research centres interested in participating in the call will have the opportunity to book a free one-to-one meeting with our experts for a pre-assessment of their project idea.
